My background in reliability stems from an excellent start in a fast paced, lean manufacturing company. The skills I learned in that environment from my reliability mentors have been invaluable to my career. I ran the reliability program at a major oil and gas company in the mid-continent business unit and most recently I created and now drive the reliability & TPM program at multiple sites for one of the world's leading drug manufacturers.

My responsibilities include development and continuous improvement of the reliability program at AstraZeneca's largest Biologics Drug Product facility in Frederick, MD.

I am leading efforts to deploy a comprehensive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, instilling a culture of proactive professional maintenance practices, and leading a team of Reliability Engineers to drive Zero Losses, 100% engagement, and Zero Unplanned Downtime.
